For more than ten years we have been using an internal quality control system in order to ensure a process of continual improvement. In addition, as the satisfaction of our clients is our priority, we carried out a customer satisfaction survey in France and Europe in 2013. 

Our quality system

At each production stage, the products are analyzed to check their consistency to the specifications provided by our customers. This process doesn't follow the ISO certifications but is based on our 60 years of expertise in the field of thermal treatment furnaces.

The process:

  • The introduction of tracked documents and a series of tests carried out upon reception, during manufacture and before delivery. We make sure that our products meet the requirements of our customers in every way.
  • A written record of the results of the tests can be provided to our customers on request.
  • Different procedures to identify corrections that can be made to improve non compliant products.
  • Follow-up on quality for each product line. The results are analysed on a regular basis by all personnel involved in our quality control system.  
  • Our CAPM system ensures the traceability of materials used in each manufactured part. 
  • As for subcontracting, we have an evaluation system based on specific criteria when selecting our suppliers. 

Customer satisfaction survey

This Survey was conducted between 2012 and 2013 among our clients in France, Belgium, Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Finland.

We received more than 100 answers:
