Materials used

We mainly work with austenitic refractory alloys that can be used at temperatures that vary between 1100 and 2200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Depending on the required properties (mechanical resistance at high temperatures, carburization resistance, flaking under heat, etc.),  their composition and their content in Nickel, Chrome (and other additional elements such as Silicon and Aluminum) can range from very low to very high.
We are able to provide an alloy for each type of thermal treatment. Please do not hesitate to ask for our advice.

We also use common stainless steels, regular steels and low-alloy steels to make all, or part, of your parts. This is in order to lower the costs when the use of a refractory alloy is unnecessary.
